Ingredients: GF oat flour, rolled gf oats, apples, coconut oil, maple syrup, tapioca flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and salt

Storage

  • Please store treats in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can also freeze it up to a month.
  • Once you’re ready to have your treat, take them out for 10 mins then preheat the oven to 150°C for 5-7 mins then pop the treats you’d like to eat for about 5-7 mins. let them cool on a cooling rack for a minute and enjoy :)
