Raspberry Burst White Chocolate Cookie

Our Raspberry Burst Cookies are made with our homemade raspberry jam, crafted without any refined sugars, and paired with dairy-free white chocolate. On the first day, these cookies have a slight crispness, perfect for immediate enjoyment.

If you don't eat them on the first day, be sure to store them in the fridge to keep the cookie m softening too much, giving you a wonderfully soft and chewy texture.

Storage Tip:
Keep uncovered on a cooling tray to maintain crisp edges. For a softer texture, store in the fridge.

Ingredients & Nutrition

Homemade cashew butter, almond flour, cassava flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, tapioca flour, white chocolate, raspberry, chia seeds, monkfruit, lemon vanilla extract, and baking soda.

Storage

  • Please put the treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • All our treats are freezer friendly and can be placed in an airtight container for up to a month.
  • Once you’re ready to have your treat, preheat the oven to 175°C then pop the treats you’d like to eat for about 5-7 mins. let them cool on a cooling rack for a minute and enjoy :)

This is unique, so unique. Something that is super amazing. Fluffy cookies base with white chocolate and Rasberry jam. The taste is just right the way it is made. This is absolutely my new love treat. The cookie it self melt in the mouth with the white chocolate taste and the jammy taste of the rasbarry the best combination. Always enjoyable with coffee or without 😋
