Sticky Date Muffins

Dates, GF oat flour, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, whole walnuts, coconut sugar, unsweetened almond milk, sea salt, and baking soda.

(Note: contains nuts and less than a pinch of aluminium-free baking powder)

• Please put the treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
• All our treats are freezer friendly and can be placed in an airtight container for up to a month.
• Once you’re ready to have your treat, preheat the oven to 175°C then pop the treats you’d like to eat for about 5-7 mins. let them cool on a cooling rack for a minute and enjoy :)
