Two reactions happen when someone says “vegan desserts” the first is the automatic thought of dry and crumbly texture and the second is the belief that vegan treats are always made from dates.

I completely understand your reasons, because I have been there many times and felt disappointed in the existing options. I discovered that the term vegan doesn’t mean the dessert is healthy, it just means that no animal products were used. So, when I found a vegan dessert I liked, I realized that it was highly processed and quite high in sugars.

Thankfully my personal frustration forced me to create my own line of simple vegan desserts and I am here to show you that healthy vegan treats exist without compromising taste or texture and can be exciting!

Cinnamon Toast crunch cake bites

Our fluffy cinnamon cake bite tastes like cinnamon toast crunch cereal with a healthy twist! The main ingredient is almond flour, and it is sweetened with organic maple syrup. The best part- is they are quite moist and made into small bites that can be taken anywhere!

Chocolate brownies

Our chocolate brownie layered with cookies is the perfect solution for when you're craving cookies and brownies. The richness of the brownie is balanced by the cookie and can easily be cut into small squares that you can enjoy throughout the day! They are 100% vegan and free from refined sugars! I made these brownies with the intention of avoiding sugar rushes and getting the kick of chocolate we all love to have!

Chocolate caramel squares

Chocolate toasted coconut caramel squares. Our vegan no-bake dessert has been one of our bestsellers in the past few months. When I was younger, I loved chocolate caramel shortbread squares, ours is softer in texture and reflects the same experience! ⁠ The idea of toasted coconut came from the filling of German chocolate cake so thought I had to incorporate a bit of that into our new treat!⁠ We cut them into mini squares as they can be a bit rich if you eat the whole square all at once, so the small bites provide a better experience.⁠

Date muffins

Though I mentioned earlier that the reputation of healthy vegan desserts tends to always have dates in them, our muffins intentionally have dates in them so you can truly appreciate them in a different way. They are not your ordinary date muffins, but rather your sticky date pudding in the form of a muffin. With just 10-15 seconds of heating them in the oven, you can easily convert your muffins to sticky date pudding! They’re mainly made with dates and gluten-free oat flour.

Peanut butter cinnamon cookies

I have always been a peanut butter lover and wanted to create a cookie that took me to a place that felt calm and relaxed. The combination of cinnamon and peanut butter feels comfortable and allows me to sit back and enjoy the moment with full presence.

Lemon Zest cake

How many of you enjoy lemon cake? I remember going to this cute coffee shop during my travels in Europe and the taste and texture was phenomenal! My only challenge was that it was quite sweet and I found myself feeling extremely thirsty. I didn't want to give up on lemon cake, but I also didn't enjoy the feeling of a sugar rush right after eating it. So I decided, I need to make my own!

Here are three reasons why we love our lemon cake bite:

  • We use freshly squeezed lemon juice and top it with shredded coconut.
  • It’s the perfect balance of tartness and sweetness without the sugar rush
  • It’s moist AND fluffy!

Chocolate brownie cookies

⁠ The struggle between wanting to eat a cookie or a brownie is no longer a struggle… As a dessert lover, I needed to make something that filled my cravings without having to eat a whole brownie and a whole cookie as that would have made me feel uncomfortably full. Therefore, trial after trial, I was finally able to create a cookie that was centered on a moist brownie, the best part? The base of the brownie is cacao powder, flaxseeds, and unrefined chocolate! Biting into the cookie will definitely give you a nice little surprise!

I hope I was able to inspire you to try some simple vegan desserts! I also forgot to mention that all the treats are free from gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, and refined sugars!
